Jason Richmond is a Grammy-nominated mixing and mastering engineer working in stereo and Dolby Atmos. He’s worked for decades with artists and producers to create records that prioritize feel, dynamics, and musicality.
His work spans jazz, Americana, indie, and rock — genres where the translation of performance and emotion are of utmost importance. Jason focuses on clarity, depth and tone, ensuring recordings that hold up across diverse systems without losing their humanity.
Based in North Carolina, Jason works from a purpose-built studio for immersive and stereo mixing and mastering, enabling him to collaborate closely on projects either in person or remotely.
